Celebrating a Decade of Easy Street Capital

Ten years ago, Easy Street Capital was built on a simple idea: create the easiest financing experience for real estate investors. What started as a small company has grown into a national lending platform, serving thousands of borrowers and building a team and network that spans far beyond where we began. As we celebrate a decade of Easy Street Capital, we’re taking time to celebrating the people, partnerships, and communities that have played a role in getting us here. And because Austin has been at the heart of our story from the beginning, we wanted our 10-year celebration to include a meaningful investment in the city we’re proud to call home.

Investing in the Community that Helped Build Us

For our 10-year anniversary, we are partnering with The Trail Conservancy to support the continued care and preservation of one of Austin’s most beloved community spaces. The Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail is more than a place to walk, run, or enjoy the outdoors. It brings together neighbors, families, and countless visitors. By adopting a bench for the next 10 years, we’re making a commitment that extends beyond our anniversary: to invest in a space that will continue to serve the Austin community for years to come. This bench will serve as a reminder of our milestone and of the people who have been part of the Easy Street Capital journey along the way.

10 Years and 10 Teams

Our Austin HQ office will divide into ten teams and compete to raise funds for the Trail Conservancy, each with the goal to support one year of the bench adoption. Each team is named after an Austin neighborhood located along the trail. Every dollar raised will help the Trail Conservancy care for and preserve the Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail, one of Austin’s most well-loved and heavily used public spaces. Donations help support the ongoing maintenance, restoration, safety, and improvement of the trail, ensuring it remains clean and vibrant for the millions of people who enjoy it each year. By contributing to our campaign, donors aren’t simply helping us adopt a bench, they’re helping invest in the Austin community.

And there’s even more on the line! If we reach our fundraising goal, Easy Street Capital will match the total amount raised (up to $15,000) and our office will spend a morning volunteering with the Trail Conservancy to give back in person.
