In 2024, Easy Street Capital partnered with Families Forward, an Orange County nonprofit dedicated to helping families experiencing homelessness achieve long-term stability through housing, food assistance, career development, financial education, counseling services, and other critical support programs.

To support Families Forward's mission, Easy Street Capital hosted a Charity Pickleball Tournament at The Tennis Club in Newport Beach on July 26, 2024. The event brought together members of the local community, real estate professionals, business partners, and supporters for a day of friendly competition and philanthropy, with 100% of proceeds benefiting Families Forward.

Through the generosity of participants, sponsors, and donors, the tournament helped raise awareness and support for families facing housing insecurity throughout Orange County. The event reflects Easy Street Capital's ongoing commitment to giving back to the communities it serves and partnering with organizations that create meaningful opportunities for children and families in need.
