The 6th edition of IMN's Non-QM Forum will take place in California in June 2025!
This conference was one of the premier gatherings of industry professionals in the “Non-QM” mortgage industry – Non-QM refers to non-qualifying mortgage loans, or loans that are securitized into Mortgage Bonds, but do not fit the parameters of conventional “GSE” eligible mortgages. The conference consisted of panels featuring industry leaders in the industry, including loan originators, loan aggregators and securitizers and other players in the industry.
