Collin Duffy is the Head of Originations leading the sales and business development efforts for the EasyRent rental loan program at Easy Street Capital. He is responsible for managing new product and program sales implementation, recruiting, and the development of the Wholesale Broker originations channel.

Mr. Duffy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Missouri. Over the past six years Collin has worked in residential and commercial real estate in the franchisor, brokerage franchisee, commercial real estate underwriting, and residential investment lending spaces. Collin has, through personal and managerial roles, contributed to more than $700 million in mortgage loan originations.

Mr. Duffy began his real estate career as the liaison and project manager responsible for expanding United Real Estate’s residential brokerage footprint into Mexican markets. Two years spearheading the franchise expansion resulted in six added brokerage partnerships in key resort and urban markets. He then moved to Austin, Texas to focus fundamentally on commercial real estate and investment residential loan originations as Managing Director of Lending at Stronghill Capital in his time before Easy Street Capital.

During his time at Easy Street Capital, Collin regularly speaks at nationally scaled industry events as a market and product expert in DSCR Rental Loans as well as hosts and attends local meetups in the Austin and Dallas areas. Collin is currently working on an investor-residential wealth creation and retirement vehicle for real estate agents and brokers to allow them to participate as investors with an eye towards long term wealth and financial planning.
